Lose The Love Handels Workout

I get lots of question on how to lose the Muffin Top or Love Handles and I have been promising a series of workouts dedicated to this special concern.
The first key is to eat healthy natural foods and to cut out the FRANKEN FOODS. I am not sure how many times I have to say it but I will keep saying it until it sinks in. Your body does not know how to process them. They are poison to the body and cause all sorts of inflamation.
